Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Sandi’s Fine Art customer satisfaction is important to us. Each piece of artwork is carefully created and handled with care. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase, as all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artwork, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on original pieces. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

For prints and other merchandise, returns or exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • The      item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
  • The      return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The      customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is      defective or incorrect.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at sandifein@mac.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A      clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Your      order number and details.

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The      item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced.
  • The      wrong item was sent, and an exchange is not possible.
  • A      cancellation is requested before the item is shipped.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders      for original artwork cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • Print      and merchandise orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Commissioned      or custom artwork.
  • Gift      cards or digital downloads.
  • Sale      or discounted items.
